As your wedding toastmaster, I’ll begin with a relaxed consultation where we can talk through every detail that matters most to you. From your ideas and preferences to the tone of the day, I will guide you in shaping the perfect running order - balancing tradition, formality, and fun - so everything flows effortlessly from ceremony to evening celebration. Working closely with your venue, I’ll create a detailed order of events to ensure nothing is left to chance.
On the day itself, you can truly relax and enjoy every moment. I will be working behind the scenes with your venue and suppliers, keeping everything running smoothly and handling any unexpected moments with calm professionalism. I’ll be a reassuring, friendly presence for you and your guests, ensuring everyone knows where they need to be and when. I’ll also support your photographer by gathering guests for those all-important photos, and smoothly guide everyone from the drinks reception into the wedding breakfast - complete with a memorable announcement for your grand entrance.
As the celebration continues, I will introduce the speeches, lead the toasts, coordinate the cake cutting, and set the stage for your first dance - making sure each moment feels effortless and special.
